Is it possible to buy a house without being present in Spain?

How long does the home buying process take?

What is a DAFO?

Construction in Spain was fast and paper mills slow. In the 1960s, 1970s and early 1980s, the work was not well organized.

The government came up with the idea of “regularizing” these houses. The DAFO is a way for the municipality to recognize these houses. (The DAFO has its limitations.)
